What are Solfeggio Frequencies?

"Solfeggio" is French for "solfege, or musical scale," and "Solfeggio frequencies" refer to a scale of specific frequencies, including 528 Hz.
The positive effects of Solfeggio frequencies became a hot topic when they were proposed by researcher Leonard G. Horowitz.

It has been found to be found in ancient chants, including Gregorian chant, which is known as healing music.

Currently, Solfeggio frequencies are being incorporated into healing and treatment, mainly overseas. There are nine Solfeggio frequencies that are said to have healing effects, and 528 Hz is the basic frequency.

The healing world of 528Hz music

The frequency of 528Hz is a sound that vibrates 528 times per second, and is also known as the "frequency of miracles" or the "frequency of love." This frequency has a profound effect on our mind and body, and is thought to bring about a relaxing effect by balancing the autonomic nervous system, particularly by activating the parasympathetic nervous system.

Why is 528Hz so special?

Currently, the global standard frequency for music is 440Hz, but 528Hz has different characteristics. While 440Hz stimulates the sympathetic nervous system and activates it, 528Hz calms the mind and leads to a relaxed state. Music played at 528Hz has rich overtones, making you feel comfortable as if you are in nature. Overtones are sounds that have frequencies that are integer multiples of the fundamental sound frequency, and are found in many sounds in nature, such as the babbling of a river and the chirping of birds. These overtones resonate with each other to create a pleasant sound that soothes our minds.
