Ako Miki Vocal School Admissions Terms and Conditions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions govern the use of our vocal school and the code of conduct for members.
Article 2 (Club Concept)
The concept of our vocal school is to be a gathering of highly ambitious people who want to grow by interacting with various cultures and people, and deeply understanding and absorbing their essence.
Article 3 (Members)
A member is someone who has agreed to these terms and conditions, applied for membership to use the gallery, and paid the membership fee. Members can participate in classes held by the school and receive special benefits at other events.
Article 4 (Membership Procedures)
Anyone wishing to join must go through the required registration procedures.
1. Anyone wishing to join must pay a membership fee of 5,000 yen per person when completing the registration process.
2. The Secretariat will not refund any membership fees received unless otherwise specified.
Article 5 (When Membership is Not Approved)
The Secretariat will not accept membership for any of the following:
1. Anyone who, without a reasonable reason, does not pay the membership fee or complete other registration procedures within the designated period. Anyone who the secretariat deems unsuitable to be a member.
2. The Secretariat must refund any membership fees received from any person listed in paragraph 2 above.
Article 6 (Course Application Procedure)
When a member wishes to take a course, the member will decide with the instructor the next reservation for the first time when applying for membership, and thereafter at the end of the lesson.
Article 7 (Cancellation of Course Application)
1. Any person who has completed the application for a course in accordance with the provisions of the preceding article (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant") may request cancellation of the application for the course by following the prescribed procedures.
2. Cancellation of course applications must be made by phone during office hours (12:00 noon to 7:00 pm) at least two days before the course date.
3. If you cancel the day before, you will be charged half the studio fee if offline.
If a lesson is cancelled on the day of the lesson, the student must pay the full lesson fee to the office.
Article 8 (Cancellation of Course)
The secretariat may cancel courses in unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or paralysis of public transportation.

The School respects and complies with laws and social regulations regarding the protection of personal information, and all staff members recognize the importance of personal information handled by the School and strive to handle and protect it appropriately.
2. Collection of personal information
When the school collects personal information, the principle is that the information is provided (registered) voluntarily by the individual.
When collecting personal information, we will clearly state the purpose of collection.
Personal information will be collected only to the extent necessary to achieve the stated purpose.
3. Restrictions on Use of Personal Information
The personal information provided (registered) by you will be used within the scope of the purpose of collection (sending pamphlets, etc.) that has been clearly stated in advance. We may inform the delivery company of items from this information that are necessary for procedures, but we will never provide or disclose this information to a third party for any other purpose, except when specifically requested by legal or administrative agencies.
4. Management of Personal Information
The management office will strictly manage the collected personal information and take appropriate measures to prevent leakage, misuse, falsification, etc.
